Chef John Broening will prepare a four course meal with organic produce picked from the evening's spotlighted farm. The farmers will be speaking about the food and farming in Colorado.

Harvest Week at Denver Independent Restaurants
Eating locally just got easier. The Denver Independent Network of
Restaurants (DINR) presents Harvest Week, a weeklong celebration of
Colorado’s exceptional produce and products held September 6-12. Each
of DINR’s almost 40 members creates a menu that features food and/or
beverages grown or produced in Colorado and highlights the style of
that particular eatery.
Duo will be offering our current Summer menu that highlights local produce and products as well as hosting a coffee cupping with Novo Coffe on the 6th and the Abondonza Farm dinner on the 9th.
